张帆:北京大学教授,洪堡学者。2002年获北京邮电大学电磁场与微波技术专业工学博士学位。2002年10月至2004 年11月任香港城市大学高级副研究员,2004年12月至2006年5月任柏林工业大学洪堡研究员。
