1月16日，国家发展改革委发布《关于做好近期促进消费工作的通知》（以下简称《通知》），强调在精准有效做好疫情防控前提下，抓住春节等传统佳节消费旺季契机，满足居民节日消费需求，进一步释放居民消费潜力，推动实现一季度经济平稳开局。
China's top economic planner has released a notice aimed at boosting consumption as the Spring Festival holiday approaches while maintaining precise COVID-19 control. The notice has been issued to cater to residents' growing consumption demand and unleash the potential of the domestic market, as part of efforts to propel the economy to achieve a stable start in the first quarter, according to the National Development and Reform Commission.
